These terms apply to the supply, quotation, installation, maintenance, and support services offered by Aqua Best Water Treatment Equipment Trading. They are intended for customers purchasing water filters, RO systems, water softeners, UV sterilizers, cartridges, housings, pumps, and related accessories for residential, office, and commercial applications.
Product Information
Aqua Best aims to present product details, specifications, images, and application guidance as accurately as possible. Because flow rate, feed-water quality, pressure, plumbing conditions, and installation requirements vary from site to site, product recommendations should be treated as general guidance until final technical confirmation is completed.
Images on the website may be representative. Minor changes in model design, branding, packaging, fittings, or accessory configuration may occur depending on stock availability, supplier updates, and technical revisions.
Quotes And Orders
All quotations issued by Aqua Best are subject to stock availability, technical review, delivery location, and final scope confirmation. Quoted prices may change if the requested specification changes, if additional fittings or installation materials are required, or if site conditions differ from the information originally shared by the customer.
Orders are considered confirmed only after agreement on scope, price, and delivery or installation requirements. For larger commercial systems, custom-built treatment plants, or imported items, lead time may depend on supplier schedules and shipping availability.
Installation And Site Responsibility
Where installation is included, the customer is responsible for providing safe site access, a suitable mounting area, stable electrical supply where required, feed-water connection points, drain access where applicable, and any permissions needed for work to proceed. Aqua Best may recommend additional accessories, brackets, pumps, valves, tanks, or plumbing modifications when needed to complete a proper installation.
Installation timing may be rescheduled in case of incomplete site readiness, restricted access, unsafe conditions, or required parts not yet approved by the customer.
Filter Replacement And Maintenance
Cartridge life, membrane life, UV lamp life, and media replacement intervals depend on actual water quality, consumption volume, pressure, and operating conditions. Maintenance schedules shown on the website or discussed by our team are practical estimates and not fixed guarantees.
Aqua Best recommends scheduled servicing to protect system performance. Delayed maintenance, use of incompatible spare parts, unauthorized modifications, or operation outside the recommended application range may reduce efficiency and may affect warranty support.
Warranty Scope
Warranty, where offered, applies to manufacturing defects under normal intended use and within the stated warranty period for the supplied item. Consumable items such as sediment filters, carbon cartridges, mineral filters, membranes, UV lamps, resin, salt, and other routine replacement parts are generally treated as service or consumable components unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.
Warranty does not usually cover damage caused by poor feed-water quality, dry running, low or unstable voltage, freezing, misuse, accidental impact, scaling, improper storage, third-party handling, or failure to maintain the unit according to recommended service intervals.
Returns And Technical Suitability
Because many water treatment products are technical, hygienic, or installation-sensitive items, returns may be limited once products have been installed, used, wetted, customized, or supplied against a confirmed technical requirement. Customers are encouraged to verify dimensions, capacity, water source, and application details before purchase.
Used materials are not refundable. Any product, cartridge, membrane, media, fitting, housing, pump, accessory, or spare part that has already been installed, used, opened for service, exposed to water, or damaged after delivery will not qualify for refund.
